Community Nurses Adult Day Services Open House

Tour our facility at 625 Maurus St. in St. Marys and talk with our staff about the services Adult Day provides for our communities. Enjoy soup, sandwiches, cake and free drawings throughout the open house event! Adult Day is an affordable option for adults who need care supervised in a safe place outside the home during the day.

North Central Business and Education Connect

Agenda includes Entrepreneurship Club Presentations, where chools from throughout the North Central region will present an overview of their clubs with outcomes of the business they created through the D2PA grant received by the North Central PREP Partners and the PA Department of Community and
Economic Development (DCED). In the afternoon session there will be a Panel of Business and Education Connect Best Practices where local employers, school representatives and program providers will discuss their experiences with the variety of business and education connect programs and activities being implemented in our region! There will be time for Q and A. Who should attend: Superintendents, Principals, Guidance Counselors, School Board Members, Curriculum Specialists, Technology Integrators, Economic and Workforce development professionals, Business and Industry Representatives and technical / post secondary schools, Community based and Faith Based Organizations as well as interested parents and community members from Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Jefferson, McKean and Potter Counties.

In this conference, attendees will network, share, and learn. Featured: a report on Stackpole-Hall's Long Range Planning by Dr. William Conrad, Executive Director of the Stackpole-Hall Foundation; keynote address by Harlan Beagley, publisher of The Daily Press, The Ridgeway Record, and The Kane Republican, who will discuss the media and how it works; and the following break out sessions:

- Standards For Excellence 2.0 - Resources for Everyone

The Community Nurses will host a free holiday grief camp for children and teens, K-12, at The Pines in St. Marys on November 7. SMAHS Band Parents Holiday Bazaar

description: November 14, 2015 St. Marys Area High School Band Parents Annual Holiday Bazaar Area's largest annual Holiday Bazaar event always held the second Saturday in November. Over 200 spaces filled with a wide selection of arts, crafts, gifts and great food. Event is held from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Benefits the St. Marys High School Band program. This event is full of vendors.
